On March 10, 2026, a cadetship selection was conducted at the Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation across its Legaspi and Canaman campuses as part of the company’s continuing effort to identify and develop future maritime professionals and senior officers.

The cadetship selection activity at the University of Cebu on February 5, 2026 brought together deck and engine cadets for a full-day screening program. A total of 37 cadets participated as part of the continuing effort to identify candidates suitable for future onboard training.

The cadetship selection activity took place at Cristal-E College in Bohol on February 3, 2026, involving a total of 23 cadets from the deck and engine programs. The activity aimed to evaluate the preparedness of aspiring cadets for future onboard training through a structured screening process.

The cadetship selection assessment was conducted at EXACT Colleges of Asia on January 28, 2026, involving third-year and graduating cadets from both deck and engine departments.
