The meeting commenced at 10:15 AM and concluded at 2:00 PM, with a total of 31 attendees, including 17 participants who joined via Zoom, demonstrating strong participation from both onsite and remote attendees.
The program opened with a health and mental awareness session, focusing on the importance of maintaining both physical and psychological well-being. The discussion highlighted common challenges faced by seafarers and emphasized practical ways to manage stress, maintain balance, and prioritize health despite the demands of maritime life.
