ILOILO CITY – March 25, 2026 — The company successfully concluded its 7th and final Cadetship Selection at Iloilo Merchant Marine School, marking the culmination of its series of screening activities aimed at identifying promising candidates for a career in the maritime industry. A total of 41 aspirants participated in the activity, composed of 22 Deck and 19 Engine candidates, all undergoing a structured assessment process to evaluate their technical knowledge, aptitude, and readiness for shipboard life.
The program opened with an introduction to the cadetship selection at 8:00 AM, followed by a series of examinations and interviews. From 8:30 AM, Deck applicants proceeded with the APRO and CES examinations while Engine candidates underwent their technical and psychological interviews. The process shifted in the afternoon session at 1:00 PM, with Engine candidates taking their examinations and Deck applicants completing their respective interviews. The activity formally concluded with closing remarks at 4:40 PM.
