IloIlo, Philippines – February 05, 2025, Dalisay Shipping Corporation recently held its highly awaited Cadetship Selection program at IloIlo Merchant Marine School, which aimed to identify and train the upcoming generation of maritime professionals. The selection procedure consists of a thorough series of technical and psychological evaluations for both deck and engine cadets. The cadetship selection procedure was aided by a group of esteemed professionals from the DSC, which also included Deck and Engine officers to support the event, such as Capt. Eduardo M. Limpin, DSC President, Mr. Rowell Beluso, DSC Senior Manager, DSC Staff, and former Cadetship of ’09, ’12, and ’17 crews.
