On March 10, 2026, a cadetship selection was conducted at the Mariners Polytechnic Colleges Foundation across its Legaspi and Canaman campuses as part of the company’s continuing effort to identify and develop future maritime professionals and senior officers.
The activity aimed to assess aspiring cadets and provide opportunities for qualified maritime students who demonstrate the competence, potential, and dedication required for a career at sea. Through this initiative, the company continues its commitment to strengthening its pool of future maritime leaders.
The selection process was also attended and supported by members of our crew who are proud alumni of the institution, particularly from the Batch 2000s. Their participation in the technical interviews and interaction with the candidates reflects the company’s strong partnership with the school and its continued support for maritime education and training.
This initiative further strengthens the collaboration between the company and the institution in nurturing aspiring seafarers and preparing them to become competent and globally competitive maritime professionals in the years to come.
